the target of this page is to provide a common list of definitions, in order to ease the communications between the tech team and the business team, and to ease the onboarding of new team members.

General

• Admin Panel: Centralized interface for system management and control.
• Arabic Only: Platform exclusively in Arabic for interfaces and communications.
• Audit Log: Record of user activities and system changes for transparency.
• Basic: User role with minimal or no access to the platform.
• Committee: Group responsible for specific projects, with detailed attributes.
• Deadlines: Specified end dates for tasks, projects, or committee assignments.
• Entities: Organizational units within the UAE Federal Government, each with unique data.
• Entity representative: User managing an entity’s activities on the platform; can be multiple per entity.
• Entity Lead: User with viewing access, typically without administrative capabilities.
• Higher Manager: User role for high-ranking officials, with viewing and commenting permissions.
• Injaz: Project management platform by The Executive Office of the UAE.
• Login with OTP: Secure authentication system for platform access.
• Mobile App: Application version of Injaz for smartphones and tablets.
• Project Manager: User overseeing specific projects, with limited access.
• Projects: Initiatives or tasks with attributes like manager, priority, and status.
• Push Notifications: Alerts for updates or reminders related to platform activities.
• Reports: Documents or summaries for analysis and tracking progress.
• Status: Label for the current stage of tasks, projects, or committees.
• Tasks: Assignments within larger projects or committees, with title and status.
• Prime Minister Office (PMO): Body overseeing the Injaz project development and implementation.
• User Roles: Levels of access and permissions for platform users.
